Why have a West Marin Exchange web site?
West Marin is unique, and that is one of the many reasons we have chosen to live here. This website is intended as an aid for all of us in dealing with our "stuff". By redistributing our surplus, unneeded, items locally, we save precious landfill space, use less gas and create less pollution since we are not traveling over-the-hill. We also hope that this site will help publicize, as well as aid communication with and between, our many local groups actively working to preserve the West Marin quality of life.
